1. What pwnb4y is

pwnb4y is an educational platform providing cybersecurity tools, scripts, guides, and courses. All content is intended strictly for learning, ethical hacking, CTF competitions, and authorised penetration testing. By using this platform you confirm that you will only apply what you learn on systems you own or have explicit written permission to test.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's permission to use this service.

3. Membership and billing

Membership is billed monthly. Your subscription gives you access to all content on pwnb4y for the duration of your active billing period.

  • You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your current paid period
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining days in your billing period
  • Refunds may be considered within 48 hours of initial purchase if you have not consumed significant content — contact us to request one
  • We reserve the right to change pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price change
  • Discount codes, where offered, are valid for the period stated at the time of issue and cannot be combined

4. Acceptable use

By using pwnb4y you agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, resell, or publish any content from this platform
  • Use any tool, script, or technique from this platform for illegal, malicious, or unauthorised activity
  • Share your account credentials — your account is for your personal use only
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
  • Attempt to gain access to content you have not paid for through technical means
  • Use the platform to harass, impersonate, or harm others

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Content

All tools, scripts, guides, and courses on pwnb4y are provided for educational purposes only. We make no guarantee that any tool will function in every environment or produce any specific result. Use all content at your own risk. Content may be updated, added, or removed at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual property

All content on pwnb4y — including course material, scripts, guides, and the platform itself — is the intellectual property of pwnb4y. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning. It does not grant you any ownership or right to distribute the content in any form.

7. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if we determine that these terms have been violated. If your account is terminated for a violation, you are not entitled to a refund. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of your current billing period.

8. Limitation of liability

pwnb4y and its creator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of this platform or its content. You are solely responsible for how you apply what you learn here. The total liability of pwnb4y to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
